Service Agreement for Technical Support and Consulting Services

Effective from the moment of publication.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is a proposal by Sole Proprietor Aleksandr Evgenievich Ruin (Taxpayer ID: 250815644526), hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor," addressed to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") to conclude an agreement for the provision of technical support and consulting services under the terms set forth below.

1.2. Acceptance of the terms of this Offer is considered to be the payment for services by the Customer via the YooKassa payment system on the website https://habab.ru/payment/subscribe.

1.3. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Customer accepts the Offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with technical support, consultation, and consulting services in the field of software development, business process automation, and AI systems in accordance with the selected tariff plan.

2.2. Available tariff plans:

"Admin is online" — 5,000 ₽/month: responsive technical support, answers to questions in Telegram within 24 hours, consultations on AI tools and automation.
"Hybrid Development with AI" — 35,000 ₽/month: creation of the project's technical foundation, work with an AI agent, consultations, and solving complex tasks.
"Lead Consultant" — 90,000 ₽/month: a full-fledged team lead role with regular calls, roadmap, code review, quality control.

Important: The subscription automatically renews every month until canceled by the Customer.

3. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

3.1. The cost of services is determined by the selected tariff plan and is indicated on the website https://habab.ru/

3.2. Payment is made monthly in advance.

3.3. The first payment is made by the Customer upon acceptance of the Offer via the YooKassa payment system.

3.4. Subsequent payments are automatically charged from the saved payment method monthly on the date corresponding to the date of the first payment.

3.5. If there are insufficient funds for automatic payment, services are suspended until payment is received.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

To provide services in accordance with the selected tariff plan.
Respond to the Customer's questions in Telegram within 24 hours (for the "Admin on Call" tariff).
Ensure the confidentiality of the Customer's information.
Notify the Customer of any change in the cost of services at least 7 days in advance.

4.2. The Customer undertakes to:

Pay for services on time according to the selected tariff plan.
Provide accurate information during registration.
Ensure a sufficient balance for automatic debits.

4.3. The Customer has the right to:

Cancel the subscription at any time by notifying the Contractor at least 3 days before the next scheduled charge.
Change the tariff plan starting from the beginning of the next billing period.

5. Subscription Cancellation and Refund

5.1. The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time by contacting the Contractor via Telegram (@sashanoxon) or by email ([email protected]).

5.2. Upon subscription cancellation:

Automatic deductions cease from the moment of cancellation.
Access to services is maintained until the end of the paid period.
Refunds for unused periods are not issued.

5.3. A refund is possible only in the case of a technical error during payment or if services were not provided due to the fault of the Contractor.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Contractor shall not be liable for:

Results of the Customer's application of recommendations and consultations.
Temporary service unavailability due to technical reasons (lasting more than 24 consecutive hours) is compensated by extending the subscription.
Actions of third parties that resulted in the impossibility of providing services.

6.2. The Customer is responsible for:

Reliability of the provided data.
Timeliness of service payment.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. The Contractor undertakes not to disclose information about the Customer's projects and tasks to third parties without the Customer's written consent.

7.2. The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

8. Amendment of the Offer Terms

8.1. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Offer.

8.2. The changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Offer is published on the website https://habab.ru/oferta_subscription.html

8.3. The Customer is notified of changes via email or Telegram no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations.

9.2. In the event that it is impossible to settle a dispute through negotiations, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
