Summary: SimpleReview helps you review and fix website elements using AI (Codex). It injects an inspector into the active tab only when you click the icon. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to inspect and modify the websites you use the extension on.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the SimpleReview Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

SimpleReview is an AI-powered website inspector. When you click the extension icon on any website, it:

Injects a visual element hover inspector into the active tab
When you click "Fix it" on an element, builds a context-aware prompt and opens an AI terminal in the side panel
Uses Codex (or Claude, your choice) to generate a fix and deploy it to your workspace via Git, FTP or SSH

3. Authorized Use Only

You may only use SimpleReview on websites you own or have explicit permission to inspect and modify. Using SimpleReview to inspect, extract data from, or modify websites without authorization may violate applicable computer fraud and abuse laws and the terms of service of those websites. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the extension on any given website.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SimpleReview to:

Inspect or scrape websites without authorization
Extract personal data of other users from websites
Attempt to circumvent security measures on websites
Engage in any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights

5. AI-Generated Content

SimpleReview uses Codex (OpenAI) and/or Claude (Anthropic) to generate code fixes. AI-generated code is provided "as is." We make no warranty that AI-generated fixes are correct, safe, or suitable for production use. Always review AI-generated code before deploying it to a live environment. You are solely responsible for testing and deploying any code generated through SimpleReview.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the element inspector will work correctly on all websites, that screenshots will be captured successfully, or that AI-generated fixes will solve your issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnOut OÜ shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from your use of SimpleReview, including any issues caused by AI-generated code you deploy on your website.

8. Termination

You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome. We may revoke access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
