Summary: SimpleDashboard is a tool that helps you build business dashboards using AI. You must have an active Claude subscription (claude.ai) to use it. Your dashboards are yours. We provide the platform; we are not responsible for AI-generated content.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the SimpleDashboard Chrome Extension or accessing simpledashboard.wpmix.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SimpleDashboard is an AI-assisted business dashboard builder. It provides:

A Chrome Extension that opens an AI chat interface in the browser side panel
An isolated workspace (Linux container) where AI generates and deploys dashboard code
A personal subdomain (d[number].wpmix.net) to host your dashboards

Prerequisite: SimpleDashboard requires an active Claude subscription (claude.ai). AI processing runs through your own Anthropic account. Without a Claude subscription, the AI features will not function.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

You may authenticate using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or session tokens with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of abuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SimpleDashboard to:

Generate content that violates applicable law or third-party rights
Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt other users' workspaces
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service infrastructure
Use the service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure (e.g., automated abuse, cryptomining)
Store or process sensitive personal data (financial data, health records, passwords) of third parties in your workspace

5. Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the dashboard code and content you create. By using the service, you grant OnOut OÜ a limited license to store and serve your workspace files solely for the purpose of operating the service.

AI-generated code produced in your workspace is subject to the terms of the AI provider (Anthropic). We make no warranty that AI-generated code is original, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnOut OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed €50 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and uninstall the extension at any time. You may request deletion of your account and workspace by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless you are a consumer in the EU in which case mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
