Who We Are
A small product team building web services and Telegram bots. We write code with AI (Claude Code, Cursor) — it's our core workflow. Now we need people to test what gets shipped.
Two Ways to Earn Tokens

Flow Testing (Stable Income)
Every task comes with a checklist — steps to verify after deploy. Walk through each step, mark it "Approved" or "Failed" with details. You get tokens for every completed flow, whether you find a bug or not.

Bug Bounty (Pay Per Result)
Find a bug → get rewarded. The more critical the bug, the bigger the bounty. You can hunt bugs anytime, not just during assigned flows.

About Tokens
Rewards are paid in project tokens. Token price is floating and tied to the project's growth. Think of it like equity in a startup — the earlier you join, the more upside potential.

What You'll Do
- Test web apps and Telegram bots manually
- Walk through test flows after each deploy
- Describe bugs clearly so developers can fix them immediately
- Verify that recent code changes didn't break anything (regression testing)
- Approve or reject task completions with evidence
What We Need
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn testing & vibecoding
- Ability to describe what's broken in writing
- A computer with a browser and Telegram
- 2-3 hours per week minimum
Not Required
- Prior QA or IT experience
- Programming knowledge
- Formal education in CS
- Full-time availability
- English fluency (we work in EN + RU)
